  • Delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days across most pin codes in India.

  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 8–10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For Orders Below ₹999: A nominal shipping fee will be charged, displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD handling charges may apply.


4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across India covering major cities, towns, and rural locations.

  • At present, we do not ship internationally. We are working to expand our services globally soon.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can use this ID on our website or the courier partner’s portal to track the live status of your shipment.


6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen events (natural calamities, strikes, courier delays, etc.) may cause delays.

  • If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, kindly contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


8. Change in Shipping Address

  • Customers can request a change in shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
